About our opportunity:

EMR is shaping the future of sustainability and we need an Administrator our busy Service Desk Team within the IT Department.

You will be a key member of our IT department, working to ensure that accurate purchase orders are raised, receipting goods, stock checks and licence verification.  You could generate reports, deal with email queries and invoices, create and issue purchase orders, liaise with our suppliers and much more throughout your day.

What you will be doing:

You will be an integral part of the IT team and have a broad range of responsibilities; these could include:-

  • Raising accurate Purchase orders using Microsoft D365
  • Verifying licence agreements and renewals
  • Receipting goods as they are delivered
  • Producing reports
  • Stock checks
  • Working with suppliers for costs and product availability
  • Issuing Security Access Cards
  • Raising Shipping and delivery waybills
  • Updating in-house systems to ensure records are kept up to date

About you:

  • Potentially over 18 – This is due to no under 18`s on our sites
  • Able to work in a team /on your own
  • Good communication over the phone, email, and through Microsoft Teams
  • Attention to detail
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
