Working as a key member of the operations team, you will organise resources to drive efficient utilisation of all personnel, plant, and equipment.

What you will be doing:

Organise and monitor the depot transport movements to maintain a safe working environment. Ensuring compliance in all areas to meet customer quality standards. You will also need to promote and encourage teamwork and flexibility. 

You will monitor operational performance, promote, implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives, conduct patrol audits, identify training requirements, liaise with maintenance and shift teams and maintain and review KPIs.
 

About you:

You'll have experience working in a manufacturing/processing environment and have had exposure to modern manufacturing lean techniques.  
You'll have good numeracy and verbal reasoning skills with the ability to read charts, graphs and understand percentages.
Your management experience will mean you are comfortable delegating tasks and mentoring and onboarding work colleagues.
